This workshop will focus on copyrights and contracts, providing practical information on various legal topics related to the protection and sales of artwork. Copyright topics will include the most important concepts that every visual artist should know; contract discussion will focus on the Oregon Artwork Consignment law, collaborations, licensing and sales agreements, commission deals, and agent representation agreements. All artists and creative professionals are encouraged to attend.
